Welcome to the White Rose Community

Hi, Friend.

We are putting down roots in the Hudson Valley while working toward our mission’s vision: a community death center that will support all aspects of conscious death planning and preparation as well as end-of-life navigation.

A place to gather for frank conversation about the intimate cord that connects us all—mortality—the center would offer death literacy education, access to end-of-life resources, and referrals to practical support and complementary care.

Ultimately, this home would also include private and public spaces to engage in the kinds of healing, grief-work, contemplation, retreat and ritual that nurture our spirit and put us in touch with the sacred. Land for an ancestral memorial garden, labyrinth, and a non-denominational chapel is also planned.

This work is our ministry of service and love. If you are interested in helping us to further our mission, or have wisdom or an opportunity to share, please contact us personally. We also  gratefully accept donations!

Thank you for stopping by our digital home.

Your hosts,

Anthony & Elysabeth
